🛠 I have been given permissions to manage my pages on CanWIN. How do I go about uploading data?
With page management permissions, you can upload datasets directly. See Managing Your Own CanWIN Data.
📄 How do I request a DOI for my data?
DOIs can be requested during the submission process. Select "Request DOI" when publishing your dataset, and our team will review and assign a DOI once approved. If your dataset or project is already on CanWIN, email a data curator and a DOI will be requested for you.
🔒 What are licenses and which one should I use?
Licenses define how others can use your data. We recommend Creative Commons licenses for most datasets. See Choosing a License.
