This dataset contains aquatic metabolism estimates (gross primary production, ecosystem respiration, net ecosystem production) for five sites near the Keeyask Generating Station in northern Manitoba, Canada. These estimates were modelled using free water oxygen curves with the "LakeMetabolizer" R package.
