Taxonomic identification and abundance of mesozooplankton in the Hudson Bay system. The data set combines vertical tows carried out in five different expedition aboard the CCGS Amundsen in 2005, 2010, 2012, 2017, 2018. Species identification was carried out at the Fortier lab in Université Laval.
