Method Summary |
The data set consists of 49 CTD (conductivity-temperature-depth) and FCDOM (fluorescence of colored dissolved organic matter) profiles taken in the Nansen Sound fiord system between 7 and 25 May 2025 using snowmobiles and a Twin Otter aircraft operated on skis. Observations were carried out with a RBRconcerto3 CTD outfitted with a Seapoint FCDOM sensor for EX/EM = 370/460 nm. FCDOM vertical profiles were averaged with a 7-m moving window. CTD profiles were 1-meter binned. |
